Go to New Transaction.
Qualpay Virtual Terminal supports a Sale transaction type. A sale transaction is used when goods or services are immediately fulfilled at the point of purchase. A sale transaction can be voided either before settlement or subsequently refunded.
To process a sale transaction:
- Select Sale.
- Enter the Transaction Amount, the Card Details, and the Postal Code at a minimum. View the Virtual Terminal table for all the possible fields available and their definitions.
- Click on Submit to process the sale transaction.
- View the transaction receipt and transaction result.
