Review Cards On Hold

Go to Reports and then select Card ID Report.

Cards may be on hold as a result of your action, or a card has received a reason code 203 (Account closed) or 204 (Contact cardholder). All cards on hold are held from any future harvesting. 

To review cards on hold:  

1. Select the Filter Icon
2. Click AU Harvestable 
3. Select No to view the list of all cards that are not harvestable
