Go to Reports and then select Card ID Report.
Releasing a card from hold means that the card will be sent to the card brands for an update in the next account updater harvest.
To release a card from hold:
- Select the filter icon, then click AU Harvestable and select No to view the list of all the cards that are on hold.
- Click on the Release button in the table next to the card, to release from hold.
